With Covid etc, and now being listed for sale , the aircraft has not been re-annualled . Rationale is that new owner would likely want to inspect engine ( still in shipping crate from turbine overhaul shop) and as removal/installation of engine is majority of annual cost the annual would proceed after engine inspection.
