Gear up landing 2004, fully repaired; wind shear incident 2008 resulted in a hard landing, right MLG failure, & prop strike. Fully repaired. Landing gear ND tested. Prop replaced with new. Engine tear-down & inspection performed by Western Skyways, Montrose Colorado.
