• Previous owner had this aircraft since 2000 and used to fly it regularly. However, he found himself not having time the time to fly for the last couple of years and wanted the plane to find a new owner to fly it.

• The interior is in good condition with red loth seats. The interior plastic and windows were replaced in 1997. The instrument panel has no cracks, and the headliner is in good condition. The side panels have some minor staining.

• The aircraft was stripped and repainted in 1997 by Aircraft Refinishers, Inc. Overall it looks great with some paint cracking on the stabilator and lower nose cowl around the spinner. There are very faint hail marks on the control surfaces that you can only see in the right light.

• Logs are complete and in great condition.

• There was a prop strike in 1996 and 1997 where the engine received tear down inspections. There was a gear up landing in 1998 and 1999. Belly skins were replaced during those incidents and the engine received a tear down inspection. See 337 forms for details.
