WHO & WHAT WE ARE
COMPANY HISTORY
MISSION STATEMENT
Welcome to AircraftforSale.com. AircraftforSale.com is part of the Flying Online network of websites and digital properties owned by Flying Online, Inc.
Flying Online Inc., designs, develops and operates a network of high-profile, highly trafficked new-media (online) websites and digital properties for the aviation industry.
Our prominent domain names are logical and synonymous to the underlying websites service offering. Meaning, it would be virtually impossible to find anyone that did not immediately understand that UsedAircraft.com displays used aircraft, UsedAirplanes.com displays used airplanes, AircraftforSale.com displays aircraft for sale and Flying.com refers to anything related to flying. This obvious and immediate domain-name-to-website-offering correlation results in our users easily remembering our (domain) names which further results in their frequent return visits and simplistic promotion (referral) of our domain names/websites to others.
Flying enthusiasts and aircraft buyers and sellers from all over the world visit our new-media (digital) properties daily and come back frequently. We are known for building user-friendly yet exceptionally technical digital-only properties. Each property has been designed and developed from the user's perspective. This ensures that our properties are easy to use and that our visitors have a pleasant and highly worthwhile experience.
We address a wide variety of topics within the aviation industry. These include flying jobs, flying lessons, a flying directory, aircraft sales, aircraft parts, aviation real estate, chartering flights and much more.
Flying Online is, and will remain, lean and green. Since virtually every flying enthusiast is part of the new-media (digital/online) generation, we do not own or intend to own any old-media (print) publication(s). In fact, our company was created as a direct result of numerous discussions with individuals and businesses who did not want to be subjected to any more print expenses.
Although we appreciate and have a great deal of respect for many aviation magazines and newspapers, we simply have no desire to be perceived as a pre-1995 advertising platform. The following was a quote from "The Great Magazine Collapse" and perfectly sums up why we are, and will remain, a 100% digital company:
"After all, when compared to online solutions, who would continue to benefit from a delayed and exorbitantly expensive product that is limited in size and content, is outdated, non-editable with no video capability and may or may not contain content the reader is actually seeking, months after it was written and then thrown in the trash moments after it is read?"
Flying enthusiasts can find and access our properties 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, on any digital device including computers, smartphones and tablets. In addition, we are on all the major new-media channels including online websites, social media sites and smartphone/tablet applications.
And, since we don't get involved in print, our customers are never subjected to any of the exorbitantly expensive direct or indirect print and distribution costs.
